Characteristic: inside and outside hoses are formulated by oil resistant rubber, middle reinforcing layer is weaved of advanced fiber which is stress resistant and suitable for clamping.The products have three series for customers to choose: inside hose is oil resistant and outside hose is ageing resistance, inside hose is ordinary and outside hose is oil resistant, both inside and outside hoses are oil resistant. With the characteristic of abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and compression resistant, etc, light and durable.

with the requirements of standards RMA/CGA for Grade R welding hose, non-conducting; neither the inner layer nor protective layer
of rubber hose of this grade are oil and flame resistant.

Construction:

1. Inner layer of hose: styrene butadiene rubber (SBR).
2. Protective layer of hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene monmer rubber (EPDM).
3. Intermediate reinforced layer: high tensile braid of polyster fiber.
