Single Line Oxygen/Acetylene Hose

Application: Supplying oxygen/acetylene for all kinds of welding/cutting equipments. 

Temp.Range: -30ºC to +70ºC

Burst Pressure(B.P.): 6.0MPa(900Psi),
Working Pressure(W.P.): 2.0MPa(300Psi)

Characteristic: inside and outside hoses are formulated by natural rubber and butadiene rubber, middle reinforcing layer is weaved of advanced fiber which is stressresistant and suitable for clamping.The hose has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, aging resistance, stress resistance.The hose body is soft and light, which has a good bending performance. Hose body color can be made into various color according to customer's request. Additionally, hose can be made in stripe or smooth surface in accordance with the requirements.

Application: Oxygen/ Acetyelne gas welding; insert gas( such as helium gas etc.) welding is also compatible; in line
with the requirements of standards RMA/CGA for Grade R welding hose, non-conducting; neither the inner layer nor protective layer of rubber hose of this grade are oil and flame resistant.

Construction:

1. Inner layer of hose: styrene butadiene rubber (SBR).
2. Protective layer of hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene monmer rubber (EPDM).
3. Intermediate reinforced layer: high tensile braid of polyster fiber.

Appearance: smooth or corrugated surface.
